The End of the Road

Saturday morning Tahoe came home and decided we should get out of McCall for the weekend. So we loaded up the car and headed north. We got gas and an Idaho Atlas in Riggins and decided to head to Elk City and Red River Hot Springs. "The End of the Road" after that it is all wilderness.

We stopped at this roadside picnic area for a diaper change and feeding, and discovered a perfect family photo opportunity.
We headed up to Elk City first to check out the local scene. Not much of one, but the locals themselves were friendly. Cabin #6 Lola's first "camping" experience.
